PCOS Lens provides general wellness and educational information only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, including PCOS. Your driver profile is a wellness insight for educational purposes, not a diagnosis. It does not tell you whether you have PCOS; only a qualified clinician can confirm that.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before changing your medication, supplements, diet, or exercise, and especially if you are pregnant, nursing, trying to conceive, or managing a health condition. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read or received in PCOS Lens. Nutrition, exercise, and supplement guidance is general education, not a prescription, and the AI coach does not provide medical advice.

PCOS Lens is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and located in the United States. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

PCOS Lens is currently free during early access. There is no subscription, no card to enter, and nothing to buy. Every feature that is switched on is included with your account at no charge.

We may introduce paid plans later. If we do, we will update these Terms first and post a new effective date, and any price will be shown to you clearly, in plain numbers, before you are asked to pay anything. Nobody is ever charged without explicitly signing up for a paid plan. If you do nothing, you are never billed.

Whatever happens with pricing, viewing and exporting the data you have logged in PCOS Lens will always be free. Your own data stays yours to read and take with you at no cost.

We do not promise to cure, reverse, or treat PCOS, and we make no guarantees about weight, symptoms, fertility, or other outcomes. Individual results vary. Any general statements about what may help are educational and are not a promise of results for you.

Use PCOS Lens for your own personal, non-commercial wellness. Do not misuse the service, for example, by attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service, reverse-engineering it, or using it unlawfully. The content in the app is provided for your personal use and remains our property or our licensors'.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCOS Lens will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PCOS Lens is established, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The dispute-resolution process, including any arbitration or class-action-waiver provisions, will be finalized in a subsequent version reviewed by counsel; until then, disputes are handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
